Below defines the roles and responsibilities for a Learning Program Manager (LPM) on the Customer Initiative. The LPM serves as the central coordinator for the program's operations, strategy, and reporting between customer (working primarily with the Cloud Learning Lead (CLL), Order Fulfillment Operations (OFO), Sales and PSO); the Customer; and the Cloud Authorized Training Partner (ATP).
1. Program Management during Execution
? WeeklyProgram Oversight: Monitor program health, communicating progressive delivery of the program and confirmed classes on a weekly basis.
? WeeklyWeekly Updates: Author and distribute "Weekly Learning Program Update" and "Weekly Report" emails providing condensed status updates, highlighting key achievements, upcoming training, and critical focus areas. This should go to all program stakeholders across Customer and the ATP.
? QuarterlyFuture Planning: Provide reporting-based insights to inform future iterations of the programs and any pivots needed to improve likelihood of success.
? Bi-AnnuallyGovernance & Compliance: Establish program governance and ensure all activities remain within Training Compliance guidelines, partnering with Cloud Learning Lead (CLL) and Learning Services and Order Fulfillment Operations (OFO), as needed.  **
